Job Description
In-store communication execution of POSMs and Displays:
  1. Quantify all requirements for an in-store communication activity.
  2. Initiate all needed requests related to an in-store activity with purchasing.
  3. Cascade all required artworks to suppliers.
  4. Collect and ensure alignment on production quotations from suppliers.
  5. Handle samples to be delivered for marketing and quality approval.
  6. Supervise production with suppliers to ensure timely availability.
  7. Coordinate delivery to merchandisers and implement on ground.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the execution of all in-store communication materials.
  9. Design sales-kit presenter containing all elements and materials needed for an in-store communication activity.
  10. Coordinate with all on-ground teams to meet in-store demands, maintaining shelf and off-shelf standards.
  11. Track promo volume forecast monthly.
  12. Communicate promo forecast to supply chain, aligning with activity sheets.
  13. Request promo packaging materials from purchasing.
  14. Obtain necessary approvals and feedback from stakeholders.
Shelf Presence
  1. Ensure planograms align with current range and pack designs.
  2. Lead communication of planogram updates to merchandisers.
  3. Coordinate merchandising materials with suppliers.
  4. Update sales team with latest pack designs.
  5. Implement latest pack designs in all marketing materials and social media.
  6. Monitor and evaluate planogram execution.
  7. Provide tools to merchandising team for in-store implementation.
  8. Develop standards and guidelines for in-store communication campaigns.
Innovations
  1. Prepare listing templates and communicate to stakeholders.
  2. Dispatch listing samples to sales team.
  3. Track listing status to ensure completion.
Analysis
  1. Analyze sales performance.
  2. Generate reports on in-store executions and their business impact.
  3. Share market visit findings and recommendations.
Coverage
  1. Plan and monitor coverage by division, chain, and territory with sales team.
  2. Assess and report results within budget.
  3. Update customer database and recommend relevant customers for activation.
