Job Description
In-store communication execution of POSMs and Displays:
- Quantify all requirements for an in-store communication activity.
- Initiate all needed requests related to an in-store activity with purchasing.
- Cascade all required artworks to suppliers.
- Collect and ensure alignment on production quotations from suppliers.
- Handle samples to be delivered for marketing and quality approval.
- Supervise production with suppliers to ensure timely availability.
- Coordinate delivery to merchandisers and implement on ground.
- Monitor and evaluate the execution of all in-store communication materials.
- Design sales-kit presenter containing all elements and materials needed for an in-store communication activity.
- Coordinate with all on-ground teams to meet in-store demands, maintaining shelf and off-shelf standards.
- Track promo volume forecast monthly.
- Communicate promo forecast to supply chain, aligning with activity sheets.
- Request promo packaging materials from purchasing.
- Obtain necessary approvals and feedback from stakeholders.
Shelf Presence
- Ensure planograms align with current range and pack designs.
- Lead communication of planogram updates to merchandisers.
- Coordinate merchandising materials with suppliers.
- Update sales team with latest pack designs.
- Implement latest pack designs in all marketing materials and social media.
- Monitor and evaluate planogram execution.
- Provide tools to merchandising team for in-store implementation.
- Develop standards and guidelines for in-store communication campaigns.
Innovations
- Prepare listing templates and communicate to stakeholders.
- Dispatch listing samples to sales team.
- Track listing status to ensure completion.
Analysis
- Analyze sales performance.
- Generate reports on in-store executions and their business impact.
- Share market visit findings and recommendations.
Coverage
- Plan and monitor coverage by division, chain, and territory with sales team.
- Assess and report results within budget.
- Update customer database and recommend relevant customers for activation.
Distribution
- Check distribution vs. MSL by division, category, chain, and territory (value/volume).
- Highlight top and low performers to sales and marketing teams.
- Compare category performance with sales data to identify opportunities.
- Use tools to optimize MSL recommendations and market coverage.
