Job Summary
- Manage the bakery business in the Industrial and Key Account Bakery customers. Responsible for profitable growth in this area. The individual will manage the vision, strategy, and implementation of a 3-year strategic plan in their territory.
- Plan line-by-line budgets for each customer. A key focus is developing new customers and new SKUs within the current customer base.
- Frequent interaction with internal and external customers is crucial to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the current Ingredients Bakery Customer base. Assist in developing and communicating a 3-year Group Bakery Strategy.
- Develop and implement a 1-year account management plan for each customer.
- Achieve budget and growth targets.
- Meet monthly sales and profitability targets for Bakery Ingredients.
- Oversee marketing and brand strategy, conveying activities to all related parties (sales, R&D, operations).
- Grow market share regarding volume and revenue, improving margins and gross profit by collaborating with sales, innovation, operations, and marketing teams.
- Explore sales opportunities within the current customer base, improving scope and basket size, liaising with marketing, sales, and R&D.
- Build relationships with key customers.
- Identify new and existing business opportunities.
- Introduce innovative solutions and services to key customers.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of current solutions and products, presenting and training the sales team accordingly.
- Research and communicate market conditions, potential new markets, and competitors.
- Strategically approach and persuade potential new customers, developing proposals with sales and R&D.
- Create marketing materials for sales and key events to showcase solutions.
- Understand costing, P&L, and customer cost-in-use from a financial perspective.
- Articulate customer needs to sales and innovation teams effectively.
- Research global trends in baking and share insights.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow markets in Kuwait & Qatar.

Work Experience Requirement
- 6-8 years of experience in B2B technical solution selling for bakery ingredients or in the food/bakery industry in assigned markets.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in business or a management-related field.
