Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Marketing Manager to drive the development and execution of trade marketing strategies in the UAE market. This role is critical in optimizing in-store visibility, driving retail sales, and ensuring alignment between brand marketing and trade channel objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive product visibility and sales growth across retail channels
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create customized trade plans that align with business objectives and customer needs
  • Manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources for promotional activities
  • Coordinate with retailers to execute in-store displays, POS materials, and promotional campaigns
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity in the trade channel
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of trade programs, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI
  • Develop key relationships with retail partners, distributors, and wholesalers to strengthen brand presence
  • Analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of trade activities and suggest improvements
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all trade marketing materials and activities
  • Support the execution of trade promotions and events to increase product awareness and drive foot traffic

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in trade marketing or brand management, with a focus on FMCG or retail sectors
  • Strong knowledge of retail marketing, POS execution, and promotional activities
  • Experience working with retail partners (hypermarkets, supermarkets, etc.) and distributors
  • Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Data-driven with a strong analytical mindset and experience using trade marketing analytics tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
