You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, E-commerce and Visual Merchandising to coordinate launches, promotions and events, then analyse performance data to improve future activations and drive growth. This pipeline-ready role emphasizes strong coordination, budget awareness and the ability to translate strategy into actionable calendars

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing or trade marketing experience in beauty, retail, luxury goods or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of retail execution and turning brand plans into practical trade calendars.
• Comfort working with sales data, campaign results, budgets and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Build trade marketing calendars by retailer and channel, translating brand plans into in-store and online activations.
• Plan and coordinate product launches, promotions and events across priority retailers.
• Partner with Key Account Managers and e-commerce teams on retailer plans and presentations.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Store Design on launch materials, planograms, testers, POS materials and new door openings.
• Visit stores to review execution, understand retailer needs and monitor competitor activity.
• Analyse campaign performance and trade spend, sharing recommendations with brand and commercial teams.
• Manage forecasts, orders and budgets for gifts with purchase, displays and other trade materials.
