Job Description
Support the TM Manager in developing and executing trade marketing strategies to drive sales and visibility.
Manage MSL (Must Stock List) outlet-wise with sales and category teams.
Track and analyse trade spend, forecasting targets, and ROI to optimize profitability.
Execute trade promotions, launches, and in-store activations.
Work closely with sales, supply chain, and marketing teams to align brand objectives.
Deliver detailed market analysis and reports for performance improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
A proactive, detail-oriented team player with strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven marketing.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
