• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on trade marketing initiatives and their impact on sales performance to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate trade marketing approaches.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess in-store execution and gather feedback on consumer behavior and competitor activities.
• Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, product launches, and other promotional events that enhance brand presence.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns, utilizing data analytics to refine strategies and improve performance.
• Coordinate with creative teams to design point-of-sale materials and promotional displays that resonate with target audiences and drive sales.
• Manage relationships with retailers and distributors, facilitating effective communication and negotiation to secure optimal shelf placement.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for product positioning and differentiation at the retail level.
• Develop and implement trade marketing strategies that align with the overall brand objectives, focusing on maximizing in-store visibility and product availability.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on promotional activities and optimize trade spend for maximum ROI.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the FMCG Industry.
• Proven track record of developing successful trade marketing strategies that drive sales growth.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools to interpret market trends and consumer behavior.
