Job description

Purpose of the job:

The Trade Marketing Executive supports the implementation of the indirect retail visibility strategy, enhancements, and execution to enable the SFP markets to deliver best-in-class consumer experience and commercial performance. This role involves collaborating with the Trade Marketing Manager and coordinating with team members in the markets to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives, optimizing retail visibility, and enhancing brand awareness and engagement across various channels.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate multi-category marketing campaigns: Help deploy multi-category marketing campaigns across indirect retail channels, designing visibility solutions to support initiative cycles. Coordinate with the brand marketing team for content creation to support new deployments.
  • Maintain visibility mapping and tracker: Collaborate with the market to maintain the indirect retail offline visibility mapping and tracker, serving as a base for the brand marketing team's communication and visibility calendar.
  • Provide retail visibility solutions: Assist in developing new TPOSM and visibility solutions for SFP brands that will boost brand awareness in the indirect retail and LAMP channels, while collaborating with procurement in identifying new vendors we can work with.
  • Support on events and LAMPs toolbox: Support and coordinate on the events and LAMP toolbox process, including designing renders, units, and identifying the best materials to use according to the venue and event setup, and coordinate with the markets on the best approach.
  • Administrative tasks: Oversee daily tasks and ensure smooth communication with suppliers. Follow up on existing jobs to ensure timely completion. Manage the Quote to PO process with markets and procurement teams.

Requirements:

  • College/University Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience in trade marketing, field sales force, or visual merchandising.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in trade marketing within the FMCG industry (principal or distribution model).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
