Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Support & Execution:

    • Assist in the end-to-end coordination and execution of trade marketing programs, promotions, and product launches, ensuring timely and effective implementation.

    • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Brand Marketing, Supply Chain) and external agencies to ensure alignment and seamless execution of trade activities.

    • Prepare and distribute necessary marketing materials, point-of-sale (POS) displays, and promotional tools to sales teams and trade partners.

  • Performance Tracking & Analysis:

    • Monitor and track the performance of trade marketing initiatives against set KPIs (e.g., sales volume, market share, promotional ROI).

    • Collect and analyze market data, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and inform future strategies.

    • Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing campaign performance, key learnings, and recommendations for optimization.

  • Budget Management Support:

    • Support the tracking of trade marketing expenditure against allocated budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.

    • Assist in processing invoices and managing vendor relationships related to trade marketing activities.

  • Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders (Sales, Brand, Finance) and external partners (retailers, distributors).

  • Administrative Support:

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Trade Marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Emirati National (mandatory requirement for Emiratization).

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Recent graduates with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply.

  • 0-2 years of professional experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales Support, or a related commercial function, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or Retail sector.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic environment.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
