Job Description

Trade Marketing and Operations Manager (ME)

Location: Dubai, UAE

The role involves optimizing channel partnerships with a focus on customer channels such as pharmacies, ensuring seamless implementation of point-of-sale (POS) activities aligned with Galderma Global guidelines. The manager will foster cross-functional collaboration with e-commerce and digital teams of the Cluster and Galderma Global to enhance the overall customer experience. Core responsibilities include organizing trade promotional activities, ensuring visibility in POs, sharing best trade practices, and implementing trade loyalty programs to drive sales and strengthen stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop collaborative strategies with partners to promote products and services effectively, monitoring localization by distributors across main channels like pharmacies.
  2. Ensure the implementation of POS activities according to Galderma Global standards, overseeing execution, tracking effectiveness, and making necessary adjustments in collaboration with distributors.
  3. Work closely with Galderma Global and Cluster e-commerce and digital teams to integrate channel partnership strategies with e-pharmacies and other POS platforms, ensuring organizational alignment.
  4. Plan and execute trade promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and sales in pharmacies and other channels, managing visibility and promotional spend within allocated budgets.
  5. Share best trade practices with channel partners to promote continuous improvement, providing guidance on promotional strategies and tactics.
  6. Develop and implement trade loyalty programs to incentivize channel partners, monitor their effectiveness, and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
Minimum Qualifications
  • University Degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in trade marketing, including promotional strategy, shelf management, customer loyalty programs, and brand awareness.
