Job Description
  • Implement product programs based on customer segment strategies and coordinate with the proposition team (specifically SE proposition analyst) for effective product sales.
  • Drive profitability and market penetration of existing products and support the development of new products.
  • Manage overall RBG SE / Micro / Neobiz FX and Trade business by collaborating with SE Account Managers, FX Managers, and Area Managers.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain close contact and relationships with respective customer portfolios to ensure we remain one of their main banks, capturing a major share of their wallet.
  • Support the FX sales team in developing differentiated sales and business development approaches for different regions.
  • Focus on product propositions across all FX transactions and related propositions to maximize revenue contributions.
  • Coach Account Managers, RMs, and VRMs to enhance FX business generation opportunities.
  • Conduct joint calls with BB Account Managers and Area Managers to understand client needs and advise accordingly.
  • Ensure weekly client calls are conducted to maximize primary transaction banking sales.
  • Proactively drive new-to-bank business to increase presence in target segments.
  • Arrange relevant facility approvals based on clients' FX suitability and generate business under parameterized trade programs.
  • Collaborate closely with product and channel partners within RBG to maximize opportunities through regular contact, feedback, coordination, and cross-referrals.
Qualifications
  • Management graduate with 4-5 years of relevant experience, with in-depth knowledge of products, services, and delivery channels for SME customers.
  • Experience in Trade and/or FX products with at least 3-4 years in this segment.
  • Knowledge of market competition, industry practices, and regulations for business banking.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, networking, and financial management skills.
