As a Trade Centre Coordinator, you will be responsible for the ongoing daily operations, sales, and high-volume stock management.
Reporting directly to your Trade Centre Manager, you and your team will be efficient, organized, and the go-to location for our loyal trade customers and internal sales teams.
You will be supported by fellow Coordinators, Customer Service Officers, Team Members/Pickers, and Forklift Drivers, while engaging with local stores and Nationwide Trade Centres.
Your role will help drive the future of Trade Centres at Bunnings by developing local strategies and business plans that support the overall long-term growth of the Commercial business.
You will monitor and measure service levels, liaise with the Commercial Sales teams to educate them on stock levels, delivery capabilities, products, and services that will help drive sales and increase knowledge for the Best Experience, while ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in delivery.
You will be a highly driven individual with strong knowledge of Building and Landscaping Products, with experience leading large teams, focusing on Health and Safety, High Volume Stock, Quoting Tools, and Specialist products. You should be able to develop teams and foster a healthy work environment.
You must be adaptable, influence multiple stakeholders, and have a solid understanding of P&L reporting, KPIs (Margin, Timelines, Sales), and exceeding customer expectations.
