- Assist in processing standard files in accordance with Business Rules, Country Instructions, and other relevant references, ensuring alignment with productivity and quality targets.
- Accurately and efficiently encode information into the application system based on received documents, Import Verification Program (IVP) Business Rules, Country Instructions, and related references.
- Review the encoded information in the system against received trade documents to ensure accuracy and completeness, making corrections as necessary.
- Ensure that certificates and registrations comply with contract requirements and Business Rules.
- Provide prompt and professional certification services to fully meet client needs through the Certification / Technical Centre.
- Facilitate trade by ensuring the timely, accurate, and consistent issuance of Certificates of Conformity in line with Conformity Assessment Instructions, TFS Business Rules, and other relevant references.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients and affiliates.
- Accurately enter all relevant details (e.g., fees, values, invoice numbers, job numbers) into Trade Works for each processing file.
- Handle inquiries and maintain effective communication with affiliates and clients.
- Coordinate daily operational tasks.
- Provide timely and effective responses to affiliate inquiries regarding CoC issuance.
- Maintain proper recordkeeping through filing, archiving, and related documentation.
- Perform any additional duties as delegated by the Director to support the achievement of departmental objectives.
