Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking an experienced General Repair Technician to join the Toyota and Lexus team across the UAE. You will diagnose issues using equipment, perform maintenance and repairs, and ensure high-quality service in a busy workshop.

The role requires 2–3 years in diagnostics at a car dealership, familiarity with SST tools, and strong English communication. UAE driving license is a plus, with ongoing hands-on training available.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience as Diagnostic Technician in a large automotive dealership.
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and Special Service Tools to inspect engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, A/C electrical and hybrid systems.
• Able to perform basic diagnosis, unit repair, AC parts replacement and mechanical repairs.
• Conversant in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and general mechanic repair work on vehicles.
• Manual skill and ability for technical and mechanical jobs.
• Assist Technical Advisor in data capture for Repair Support Requests and Branch Field Technical Reports.
• Willingness to learn with hands-on training.
