Lead the development and implementation of Total Rewards initiatives and talent programs. Identify and address gaps in processes and systems while designing tools to enhance talent attraction, retention, and development. Collaborate with stakeholders to create an integrated Total Rewards approach, gather feedback on program effectiveness, and propose improvements. Ensure that Total Rewards strategies align with business needs and HR plans, while supporting broader HR initiatives to ensure continuity and effective service delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM, CCP, or similar) is preferred.
