Job description

For our team in Dubai, we are looking for a new team member for our business development department.

Responsibilities :
  1. Operative sales, presentation, and expansion of the TopShop Brand in the Middle East region.
  2. Business-oriented customer consulting through excellent sales service.
  3. Proactive and data-driven sales processes through number-based order preparation.
  4. Optimal preparation and structuring of collections, considering visual merchandising specifications.
  5. Collection presentation, order entry, setup, and follow-up.
  6. Maintain excellent customer relationships and ongoing dialogue to improve performance.
  7. Maintain Topshop’s presentation standards across all sales platforms.
Qualifications :
  1. Fashion and sales personality with a keen interest in the latest trends.
  2. Affinity for numbers and analytical thinking.
  3. Quick comprehension, independent, precise, and goal-oriented working style.
  4. Completed commercial training in fashion management or business studies is an advantage.
  5. Proactive and goal-oriented work style.
  6. Entrepreneurial and customer-oriented mindset.
  7. Willingness to travel.
  8. Confident handling of Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  9. Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic skills would be an advantage.
