Toolpusher. Star Services LLC is a leading oil and gas company based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Toolpusher to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Toolpusher, you will be responsible for overseeing the drilling operations on our rigs. You will work closely with the drilling team to ensure that all operations are carried out efficiently and safely. Your role will also involve managing the crew, monitoring equipment, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all drilling operations on the rig, including drilling, tripping, and casing operations
• Monitor and maintain drilling equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations
• Manage the drilling crew, providing guidance and support as needed
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare and submit reports on drilling progress, equipment status, and any incidents or accidents
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during drilling operations
• Conduct regular safety meetings and trainings for the drilling crew
• Monitor inventory levels and order equipment and supplies as needed
• Participate in rig inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Toolpusher in the oil and gas industry
• Extensive knowledge of drilling operations and equipment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Willingness to work on a rotational schedule (60/30)
• Valid offshore certifications and medical clearance

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of AED 11,000/- per month, along with accommodation and food. Additionally, we provide rotation tickets and a leave salary as per company policy.
