A leading recruitment consultancy in Dubai is seeking a Drill Site Leader to oversee the execution of operational programs on offshore rigs. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in drilling operations, including at least 3 years in offshore settings with jack-up rigs. A degree in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering is required. This role involves translating operational programs into actionable steps and monitoring contractors on-site, representing the company during operations.
Drill Site Leader, UAE, Operator, $12-$14USD p/m Total Package
Overseeing the execution of all operational programmers and acts as the company-man on offshore, jack up rigs covering drilling, workover, well completions and related activities covered by contractors and/or service companies.
Receiving the detailed programmers from the Drilling operation and Engineering Section Head, and translate into operational activities with detailed observation and inspection of the contractors' activities on site.
