Job Summary:

The Tool Pusher oversees the entire drilling operation, ensuring the safe and efficient performance of the drilling rig and crew.
The Tool Pusher is responsible for operational planning, team management, and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily drilling activities to ensure efficiency and safety.
  2. Manage and coordinate rig operations, including drilling, tripping, and casing.
  3. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies & conduct routine safety drills.
  4. Oversee the maintenance and inspection of rig equipment to minimize downtime.
  5. Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international regulations.
  6. Respond to operational challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to drilling schedules.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related field.
  2. Experience: At least 07 years of drilling experience, with 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
  3. Certification: Valid IWCF or IADC Certificate
