Tool Maker Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabrication: Build tools, jigs, and fixtures according to engineering specifications and blueprints.
  • Machine Operation: Operate and set up CNC 3-axis machines, lathes, and milling equipment to fabricate high-precision tools.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and testing to ensure composite tools meet specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Maintenance: Perform regular tool and equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure operational readiness.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of fabrication processes, inspections, and compliance documentation.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow strict safety protocols and regulatory procedures; use PPE as required.
  • Continuous Improvement: Partner with engineering and operations to identify and implement process improvements, cost efficiencies, and quality enhancements.
  • Training: Mentor and support junior technicians and newcomers in composite manufacturing best practices.

Required Qualifications
