Job summary

Mediclinic Welcare Hospital in Dubai seeks an experienced nurse for critical care, to coordinate evidence-based patient care in a regulated environment.

Required: Bachelor of Nursing and at least five years in ICU, with English communication and MS Office skills. Arabic language is an advantage; UAE/Middle East experience preferred. Emiratization preference applies.

Qualifications

• Essential: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Clinical competence in nursing practice and patient safety.
• Strong communication and computer literacy in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care with the multi-disciplinary team per clinical standards and laws.
• Identify, prevent and manage risks to ensure patient safety.
• Create a conducive environment to foster positive patient experiences under nursing leadership.
• Supervise, mentor and coach learners and nursing staff to build competence.

Provide and coordinate patient-centric and evidence based nursing care by ensuring compliance to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company

Key Responsibility Areas

• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation
• Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership
• Create and contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence by actively supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing employees

Required Education

Essential: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Required Experience

Essential: At least five years current/ recent experience in Intensive Care unit/ ICU

UAE or Middle East Experience

Arabic Speaking is an advantage
