The ideal candidate should have proven experience, knowledge of tile materials and techniques, and the ability to read technical drawings. This full-time position offers a pay starting from AED2,250 per month.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and lay tiles (ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, or other materials) on floors, walls, and other surfaces according to design specifications.
• Prepare surfaces by leveling, cleaning, and applying appropriate adhesives or mortar.
• Align and position tiles with precision, ensuring uniform spacing and proper finishing.
• Apply grout and sealants, clean excess materials, and polish surfaces for a professional finish.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
• Repair and replace damaged tiles and surfaces as needed.
• Follow project drawings, blueprints, and supervisor instructions to meet required designs.
• Safely operate tools and equipment (tile cutters, grinders, trowels, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tile Mason / Tile Setter.
• Knowledge of different types of tiles, adhesives, grouting, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in finishing work.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety standards.
• Previous experience in the UAE/GCC construction industry is an advantage.
