Job summary

ADIB Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned Threat Intelligence Manager to lead the threat intelligence function, shaping proactive strategies and delivering actionable insights to safeguard critical assets. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in threat intelligence and cyber threat analysis, preferably in large financial institutions.
• Hands-on malware analysis reverse engineering and digital forensics investigations.
• Experience collecting preserving and analyzing digital evidence in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency with forensic tools and techniques such as EnCase.
• Strong knowledge of TIPs and their integration within SOC environments.
• Deep understanding of frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK Cyber Kill Chain and Diamond Model of Intrusion Analysis.
• Familiarity with OSINT techniques and commercial threat feeds for intelligence gathering.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards such as ISO 27001 NESA PCI DSS SWIFT.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering/IT or related technical discipline.
• Relevant certifications such as GCTI CTIA CISSP CISM GCFA GREM ENCE.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the threat intelligence function to identify collect analyze and report on potential and existing cyber threats.
• Develop proactive strategies and deliver intelligence-driven insights to protect ADIB’s information assets and reputation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external intelligence communities to enhance threat detection analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Provide actionable intelligence to key decision-makers and lead the deployment of Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIPs).
• Integrate threat intelligence outputs with SOC and incident response processes.
• Develop actionable intelligence products including reports briefs and presentations for technical and executive audiences.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including FS-ISAC and intelligence-sharing communities.
• Coordinate with SOC and Incident Response teams for joint threat mitigation efforts.
• Oversee third-party vendors and ensure compliance with security standards.
