Job summary

Tanqeeb invites applications for a Threat Intelligence Manager to lead and evolve its cyber threat intelligence capability in Dubai. Reporting to the Head of Information Security Cyber Defense Operations, you will identify, analyse and communicate threats, delivering actionable intelligence to strengthen security posture and protect critical information assets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence or related security disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of threat intel frameworks and active intelligence gathering.
• Experience with incident response and security operations collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Threat Intelligence function aligned to business objectives.
• Develop proactive intelligence programme identifying emerging threats.
• Conduct threat actor profiling, malware analysis, reverse engineering and forensics.
• Produce actionable intelligence reports for technical and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SOC and Incident Response to support threat mitigation.
• Manage Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIPs) and ensure effective integration.
• Engage with industry sharing groups like FS-ISAC and external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement in intelligence methodologies and reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
