Role Overview: Orbit ISS is seeking a highly driven and experienced Third-Party Inspection (TPI) Manager with a strong foundation in inspection quality control and service execution within the Oil & Gas and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience leading inspection and testing operations in a TPI environment, including client coordination, inspector mobilization, proposal preparation, and compliance with international standards such as API, ASME, and ISO. Proficiency in digital tools, vendor management systems (SRM), and strategic planning to drive operational excellence is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical teams, resource allocation, and inspector mobilization to meet project demands.
  • Serve as the primary technical and commercial interface for clients, addressing requirements, clarifications, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals for tenders and client presentations.
  • Identify service improvement and expansion opportunities based on market trends and client needs.
  • Drive process optimization and digitalization to enhance service delivery and competitiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards (API, ASME, ISO) and support internal audits, accreditations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by aligning technical capabilities with business growth objectives.
  • Maintain effective communication with client focal points for scheduling updates and feedback.
  • Address client queries and escalate issues requiring management intervention.
  • Attend and moderate meetings with clients, management, and internal teams.
  • Drive operational efficiency through continuous process improvements and digital tools.
  • Be conversant with SRM software for vendor portal registration and qualification processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent).
  • 8-15 years of experience in QA/QC Inspection or Surveying, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong experience in source inspections and TPI operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of international standards (API, ASME, AWS, ISO, etc.).
  • Valid CSWIP certification is mandatory.
  • Strong command of English, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in inspection software, ERP systems, SRM, CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with vendor registration/qualification portals and documentation.
  • Valid UAE driving license required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Nationalities: Filipino, Indian, Jordanian, Egyptian, or Emirati.
  • Minimum 5 years of office-based experience managing clients, vendors, and teams.
  • At least 3 years in a QA/QC managerial role within Oil & Gas.
  • 2 years in manpower planning, scheduling, and activity monitoring.
  • Background in preparing proposals, budgeting, and procurement.
  • Exposure to Marine Ports, Oilfields, Renewable Energy, and TPI operations.
  • Experience with global vendor inspections and inter-branch coordination.
  • (Optional) Preferred height: 6 feet.
