Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a skilled thermoforming operator in Dubai to operate and monitor forming machinery, ensuring consistent product quality and adherence to production schedules. You will set up and adjust equipment, including molds, heaters and vacuum systems, and safely load raw plastic sheets while following PPE and safety protocols.

With 2–3 years of hands-on plastics processing experience and ability to read technical drawings, you will contribute to a smooth, efficient manufacturing process

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
• 2–3 years of hands-on thermoforming or similar plastics equipment experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as production demands.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor thermoforming machinery to ensure consistent quality.
• Set up and adjust equipment including molds, heaters, and vacuum systems.
• Perform routine quality checks and address defects.

Job description

• Operate and monitor thermoforming machinery, ensuring consistent product quality and adherence to production schedules.

• Set up and adjust thermoforming equipment, including molds, heaters, and vacuum systems, for optimal performance.

• Perform routine quality checks on finished products, identifying and addressing any defects or deviations from specifications.

• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Experience in PP and PS

• Safely handle and load raw materials (plastic sheets) into the machinery, ensuring proper feeding and alignment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in manufacturing or plastics are a plus.

• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience operating thermoforming or similar plastic processing equipment.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by production needs.
