• Adapt and perfect designs in response to direction and critique from senior team members.
• Stay updated on market trends, techniques, and digital tools relevant to textile design.
• Actively participate in exploring and experimenting with color, texture, and pattern to elevate overall design quality.
• Ensure that designs meet both aesthetic and technical requirements for printing.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in textile design or a related field.
• ·Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
• Strong understanding of repeat pattern creation, colour separation, and print techniques.
• Excellent sense of color & trend awareness.
