Overview

Test Manager to work as part of IT Departments testing chapter with at least 8 to 10 years of experience with proven track record in the field of Software Testing & Quality Assurance for Risk & Credit Management. Has previous experience in managing a team of testers for various simultaneous testing initiatives as part of parallel projects & BAU. Has hands-on testing experience on Moody's Credit Lens ALM Focus asset and liability management solutions, Early Warning System, Algo Credit Manager, Governance, Risk & Compliance solutions, and in analyzing and validating testing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of testers, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality deliverables.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure thorough testing across the entire testing process with stakeholders including developers, project managers and business analysts.
• Ensure alignment on testing objectives and test scripts to achieve high coverage and quality for assigned systems/functions in Financial Risk and Credit Management.
• Validate supporting documents such as Business Requirements, User Stories, Implementation Specifications, and Impact Analysis Documents; perform Sanity testing, SIT, and UAT.
• Oversee test coverage and quality of ADIB application releases, projects, enhancements, and bug fixes; develop testing suites for hardware and software inventories of testing devices, servers, applications, and databases.
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues that affect release schedules and quality; prepare test cases for respective applications to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project plans, changes, requirements, QA plans, schedules and scope.
• Coordinate testing of patch management (OS and DB patches) as per ADIB patching milestones and reviews; support Go/No-Go decisions.
• Continuously seek improvements in testing models, tracking, and bug fixes to enhance overall testing quality.

Qualifications / Required Experience

• 8 to 10 years of experience in Software Testing & Quality Assurance, with proven track record in Risk & Credit Management.
• Experience managing a team of testers across multiple simultaneous testing initiatives and projects (BAU and parallel initiatives).
• Hands-on testing experience with Moodys Credit Lens, ALM Focus, asset and liability management solutions, early warning systems, Algo Credit Manager, and Governance, Risk & Compliance solutions.
• Experience analyzing and validating testing efforts; proficient in Rapid SQL, Sybase, PL/SQL, SQL Developer, SQL Server; familiarity with Citrix, ETL, Informatica, and Crystal Reports.
• Experience in preparing and validating Test Cases, Test Plans, and Test Closure documents; involvement in Requirement Analysis and Impact Assessments.
• Experience with application and package deployment in database and application servers.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with ability to collaborate with developers, project managers and business analysts to ensure testing objectives and coverage.
