Test Manager (Consultant) - Firco Continuity Upgrade V5 to V6 experience

Budget: 18000 AED - 20000 AED

Job Description:

1. Candidate must have knowledge on Risk & Compliance Product - Fircosoft Continuity Product or similar like Clarify, Flex M, Domain expert on AML, Fraud Check, Transaction Monitoring Payments (Inward/Outwards)
2. Good to have knowledge on Digital Channel, Swift MT/MX message types, Trade Finance Transaction knowledge, Finacle core
3. Overall responsibility for quality of testing and timely delivery
4. Key driver of the test improvement initiatives
5. Create test strategy, overall plans, resource requirements and allocation, technical skill areas
6. Interaction with client team on project risks & concerns and resolution of issues
7. Report project status to the Delivery or Program Manager
8. Ensure compliance with client
9. Consolidate and report metrics for project activities
10. Knowledge management on the project
11. Create test design and execution plan and schedule of testing
12. Assign tasks to the team members & manage workload efficiently
13. Tracking project milestones and deliverables
14. Managing the offshore team and monitor the work
15. Providing the inputs/clarifications to offshore team
16. Keeping track of new requirements from the project
17. Daily defect discussions
18. Ensure adherence to onsite-offshore process and agreed timelines
19. Coordinate with users for inputs, review, and approvals
20. Responsible for metrics measurement and implementation
21. Report upon testing activities, including testing results, to build test suite, write test cases coverage, defects
22. Ensure adherence to test processes
23. Coordinate with various teams in client for UAT
