Job Title: Test Lead

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with 5–7 years of functional testing and test leadership experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading testing efforts for the migration from on-premise to Oracle Cloud (Life & Shift approach). This is a long-term, onsite role based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities for Oracle EBS cloud migration (on-premise to cloud – Life & Shift).
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to define test strategies and plans.
• Develop and maintain detailed test cases, scripts, and test data.
• Coordinate and execute functional testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Track, report, and manage defects using appropriate test management tools.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality testing deliverables within the project timeline.
• Guide and mentor junior testers during the testing lifecycle.
• Duration: Yearly (Renewable based on performance and project needs).
• Work Model: Onsite (Dubai, UAE).
• Start Date: Immediate availability preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5–7 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2–3 years in a test lead role.
• Strong experience in functional testing with a focus on Oracle EBS migration projects.
• Hands-on experience in cloud migration (on-premise to Oracle Cloud – Life & Shift).
• In-depth understanding of testing processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage testing activities in a fast-paced environment.
