In this role, you will be responsible for disassembly/reassembly and pressure testing of recertified and new pressure control products.
You will also be responsible for:
- Adhering to all applicable HSE rules and regulations, reporting unsafe practices or conditions immediately.
- Performing assembly and testing of valves and other pressure-containing oil & gas components according to relevant instructions.
- Interpreting ISO engineering drawings and relating them to practical applications and work instructions, providing accurate assembly and test reports.
- Training new employees to operational levels and in company HSE protocols.
- Meeting delivery schedules, operational time targets, and quality standards.
- Managing material movements and machine loading within the operating area, including overhead crane operation.

To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working on Surface Wellhead products, specifically in assembly and pressure testing (liquid and gas).
- Familiarity with API 6A standards.
- The ability to interpret engineering drawings and procedures for safe assembly and pressure testing.
- Knowledge of pressure safety risks and mitigation strategies in Oil & Gas operations.
- A good aptitude and a keen desire to learn and improve skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand technical information and drawings in English.
- Understanding of database information systems.
- The desire to become certified in forklift and overhead crane operation.
- Flexibility with working patterns and shift rotations.
- Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
