Responsibilities

• Examine tender drawings to determine material quantities and prepare the bill of quantities when BOQ is not provided.
• Verify BOQ and ensure all items are measured and captured when BOQ is provided.
• Identify subcontract elements in the tender and float inquiries for quotations.
• Assist in preparation of tender documents and prepare bills as per CCS format.
• Assist in compiling tender documents like drawings and BOQs and arrange submission on time.
• Provide support to the estimating department to ensure timely tender processing.
