Job summary

Sanvi Engineering And Business Consulting Solutions in Dubai seeks an Estimator for interior fit-out projects. You will study drawings, prepare BOQs, conduct rate analyses, and prepare tenders and cost estimates. Site visits and vendor negotiations are part of the role.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out estimation, a Civil/Architecture/QS diploma, and strong Excel, AutoCAD, and CostX skills. Immediate joiner preferred with visa and insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years as Estimator/QS in interior fit out/construction; UAE exp preferred.
• Degree or Diploma in Civil, Architecture or QS.
• Strong in quantity take-off, BOQ prep and rate analysis.
• Good knowledge of interior fit out materials, finishes and methods.
• MS Excel, MS Office, AutoCAD; CostX or similar.

Responsibilities

• Study architectural, MEP & structural drawings and prepare detailed BOQ for interior fit out works.
• Rate analysis for materials, labour and subcontractor items.
• Collect and check current market rates for materials, finishes and furniture.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, tenders and commercial proposals on time.
• Get quotations from vendors and suppliers and perform technical clarifications.
• Site visits for measurement and scope verification when needed.
• Support value engineering and suggest cost-saving options without affecting quality.
• Help in budget prep, cost control and variation orders; maintain database of old project costs & rates.
