Al Tayer Group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an Estimator to support the estimation department in preparing tender estimates, coordinating with design and procurement to ensure accurate BOQs and submission timelines. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in construction, with at least one year in interior fit-out, and familiarity with CCS formats.

Qualifications

• Around 1-3 years of experience in construction, with at least one year in interior fit out industry.

Responsabilités

• Examine tender drawings to determine material quantities and prepare bill of quantities.
• Verify BOQ and ensure items are measured and captured.
• Identify subcontract elements and float enquiries for quotations.
• Assist in preparation of tender documents and prepare bills as per CCS format.
• Assist in compiling tender documents like drawings and BOQs and arrange submission on time.
• Provide support to the estimating department to facilitate timely tender processing.
