Job Title: Tender and Contract Specialist (Drilling)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Tender and Contract Specialist with a strong background in the drilling sector to support tendering, contract administration, and procurement activities in our upstream operations. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the E&P industry, with proven expertise as a Drilling Engineer and Contract Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate tendering processes for drilling services and equipment.
• Administer drilling-related contracts in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Interface with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of contracts.
• Conduct commercial evaluations and assist in negotiation strategies.
• Ensure contract compliance and manage variations, claims, and close-outs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the E&P industry, with at least 3 years in Abu Dhabi.
• Solid background in drilling operations and contract management.
• Strong knowledge of oil & gas procurement standards and contractual frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
