Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Salary: 30,000+ AED per month
Start Date: 27th March 2026 (handover period)
Initial Term: 1st April – June (Flexible) 2026
Schedule: Live in ROTA ( Flexible hours, older children prepare themselves for school and do their own thing at home. 12-24 hours (TBC)
Rota Structure: 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off, followed by 3 weeks on / 1 week off
Accommodation: Private en suite bedroom within the family home
Sole charge when Mum is travelling

A warm, kind British family based in Ras Al Khaimah are seeking an experienced, confident, and professional rota nanny to join their household from 27th March for a handover period, with the contract running initially from April to June due to parent/s work travel commitments overseas. Three boys ages 13 (SEN), 11 and a 12 week happy baby! All very well behaved.

The family reside in a beautiful lagoon front villa with a swimming pool and access to a nearby golf club. The successful candidate will have their own private en suite bedroom within the home.

This is a live in rota position. Mum travels regularly for work and will be away for extended periods (typically 4 weeks away / 2 weeks home, then 3 weeks away / 1 week home). The role is sole charge when Mum is travelling. When she is home, the approach is collaborative and supportive. There will be a two week crossover to ensure a smooth handover. Mum will be home the week commencing 27th March prior to travelling on the 1st April.

The two older boys are largely self sufficient and prepare themselves for school. The primary focus of the role will be the baby, while also providing structure, guidance, and appropriate boundaries for the older children, particularly supporting the eldest where needed. Basic cooking skills are required.
