The Creative Nannies Ltd in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, seeks an experienced rota nanny for a live-in role starting 27th March 2026. The job follows a 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off cycle with flexible hours, supporting a 12-week-old baby and two older children while Mum travels.

The successful candidate will be professional, discreet, and confident in sole charge during travel periods, with basic cooking skills and strong boundary setting.

Qualifications

• Newborn care experience essential.
• SEN/ADHD experience essential for older child.
• Calm, emotionally intelligent, highly organized.
• Live-in sole charge rota experience preferred.
• Basic cooking skills required.

Responsibilities

• Full care of the baby, including bottle preparation and sterilising.
• Maintain structured, age-appropriate routines.
• Provide confident support for a child with ADHD (SEN experience essential).
• Manage daily routines and supervise school mornings.
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals.
• Coordinate smooth school mornings; children largely independent.
• Ensure calm, organized day-to-day structure in Mum’s absence.
• Sole charge responsibility during Mum’s travel.
