Live-in: Private self contained apartment offsite provided at the family’s expense
Start: ASAP
Rate: Exceptional package available for outstanding candidate
Days: 5 day week – 12 hour days

Key Requirements:

• Proven professional nanny experience, with substantial experience caring for toddlers, ideally within private households.
• Strong early years knowledge, including developmental milestones for children aged two to three, speech and language progression, emotional regulation, social development and fine and gross motor skills.
• Fluent English, with the ability to support language acquisition and communicate confidently and clearly.
• International travel experience, preferably accompanying private families, with the flexibility to adapt to different destinations, schedules and environments.
• Warm, gentle and playful nature, with a genuine passion for childcare and the ability to engage a toddler through imaginative play and age-appropriate learning.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence, demonstrating patience, sound judgement and an intuitive understanding of a young child’s needs.
• Discretion and professionalism, with the ability to work harmoniously within a formal yet warm family environment and respect the privacy of the household.
• Highly organised and proactive, able to plan stimulating activities, maintain consistent routines and manage the practical demands of travelling with a young child.
• Energy and stamina, with the resilience required for 12-hour working days and extensive international travel.
