Job Description

Perform all cash-counter transactions accurately as requested by customers with the set target time and in line with the bank's policies and procedures. Serve customers by managing documents, information, and financial transactions in an organized, efficient, and secure manner and build awareness of new products and services, and identify customer needs to capitalize on the business referral opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:

• High School graduate.
• 2 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector. Familiarity with bank products, customer experience, and related policies and procedures.
