  • Identify potential sales opportunities and refer customers to appropriate banking services.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of customer information consistently.
  • Assist customers with the resolution of account discrepancies thoroughly.
  • Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines strictly.
