Job description

Al Rasikhoon Real Estate is a leading real estate firm in the UAE, committed to providing top-tier property solutions. We are looking for a Telesales Manager to lead our telesales team, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the telesales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily call center operations, ensuring high performance, efficiency, and adherence to company policies.
  • Monitor sales calls, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company guidelines.
  • Provide detailed sales reports, forecasts, and data-driven insights for management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in telesales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (real estate experience preferred).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM systems and telesales tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
