Job Opening: Tele-Callers Experience in Philippines & in education industry preferred

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Salary: AED 4,000/month

We are looking for dynamic and experienced Tele-Callers to join our team in Sharjah. If you have a passion for communication and the right language skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and handle inbound inquiries.
• Communicate effectively and confidently in English and Tagalog.
• Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
• Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Report daily activities and feedback to the team lead.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Tagalog and other Philippine languages (mandatory).
• Excellent English communication skills with neutral accent (no mother tongue influence).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a tele-calling or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Must be available to join immediately.
• Willing to work on-site in Sharjah office.
