Telesales Marketing Executive

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct sales and marketing of insurance products via telephone and online channels.
2. Verify and process data and transactions accurately.
3. Resolve queries efficiently with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Explain insurance policies clearly to customers and assist with claims.
5. Maintain up-to-date procedural and technical knowledge to ensure compliance with policies and directives.
6. Handle high-volume transactions accurately within specified timelines, including issuing motor insurance policies and submitting tax invoices to the accounts department.
