Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Real Estate Telesales Manager to lead and manage the telesales team in promoting and selling real estate properties. This position is ideal for a dynamic, results-driven individual with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the real estate market. The Telesales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the telesales operations, driving team performance, and ensuring sales targets are met while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement telesales strategies to drive property sales, generate leads, and increase revenue.

Training & Development: Train and develop the telesales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.

Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Oversee the team’s activities in prospecting, lead generation, and following up with potential clients interested in real estate properties.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely follow-ups, addressing concerns, and providing tailored solutions.

Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, prepare daily/weekly reports, and provide feedback to senior management on team progress and challenges.

Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the real estate market and incorporate market insights into telesales strategies.

Performance Monitoring: Evaluate individual and team performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed to improve results.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align telesales efforts with overall company goals and campaigns.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Real estate certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in real estate sales or telesales, with at least 1 year in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Skills:
  • Proven experience in leading and motivating telesales teams.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the real estate market and trends.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Language: Fluent in English and Arabic
