We are looking for a proactive and organized Telesales Executive to support our automotive value-added services (VAS) sales operations. This role is key in enabling the field sales team by scheduling dealer meetings, generating new orders through consistent dealer engagement, and helping process key services such as car buyer documents for financing, insurance, and bank evaluations.

In this role, you will:

  • Call car dealerships to introduce our suite of value-added services (e.g., car inspection, insurance, finance, bank evaluations).
  • Schedule face-to-face meetings for the field sales team with interested dealers.
  • Maintain an accurate calendar of appointments and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Conduct regular follow-up calls to existing dealer partners to generate repeat business and secure new VAS orders.
  • Share updated product details, pricing, and promotions with dealers as needed.
  • Ensure dealer satisfaction through professional communication and timely responses.\
  • Collect and process required documents from car buyers for insurance, finance, and bank evaluation services.
  • Coordinate with internal processing teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all dealer and buyer documentation submitted
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in auto loan sales, banking, or auto finance — preferably via telesales.
  • Prior experience in high-volume inside sales or call centre environments.
  • Experience in using CRM Software/Apps.
  • Familiarity with the UAE automotive market and bank finance processes.
  • Understanding of value-added services like insurance, warranty, and registration support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, any other language is a plus preferably Arabic.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage pipeline and time effectively & efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under minimal supervision.
  • Target-oriented and strong closer;
  • Team player;
  • Confident under pressure with aggressive follow-up and time management;
  • Strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and a drive for success.
