We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Telesales Executive (Arabic) to join our dynamic sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients over the phone, understanding their needs, and offering our products or services that suit them best. You will play a key role in generating revenue and developing relationships with new and existing customers. Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to present products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of product features and benefits.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Answer customers queries regarding product offerings in a clear and professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets as set by the company.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions on the CRM system.
  • Provide follow-up support to customers when needed, addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales techniques and processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, complaints, and expectations.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fast learner who can adapt to changing sales strategies and environments.
