Job Description
- Make a number of calls per month to potential clients (as per the target).
- Successfully onboard a minimum of 20 merchants each month, ensuring all KYC documents are collected and uploaded to CRM.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales or a call centre environment.
- Previous experience in telecom, banking (credit cards), or real estate is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Pipedrive, is an advantage.
What we offer:
- Fix commission per month upon fulfilling the condition of onboarding a minimum of 10 merchants with completed KYC documents.
- Additional commission of the gross profit for each merchant onboarded beyond the minimum requirement.
- Opportunity for full-time employment as a Sales Executive with Fortis based on performance over a 6-month period (if based in the UAE).
