Job Description
Your Role:
RM:
- Using CRM software to maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including calls, emails, and follow-up activities. Keeping track of leads, prospects, and sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
Product Knowledge:
- Developing a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company. Being able to articulate features, benefits, and value propositions effectively to prospects and address any questions or concerns they may have. The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for driving recurring sales through proactive outreach to prospects via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and presenting real estate products and services, along with assisting customers with their investment inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Target Achievement:
- Achieving or exceeding the targets set by the organization.
Lead Generation:
- Generating leads through cold calling, warm calling, follow-up calls, and inbound inquiries.
- Identifying potential customers, qualifying their needs, and gathering relevant information to pass on to the sales team.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and persuasive speaking. Building rapport with prospects, understanding their needs, and tailoring sales pitches accordingly.
- Anticipating and overcoming objections raised by prospects during the sales process. Addressing concerns, providing solutions, and persuading prospects to proceed with the purchase.
- Managing the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and deals at various stages. Prioritizing follow-up activities and ensuring timely progression of leads through the pipeline.
Reporting:
- Providing regular reports on lead activities, performance metrics, and key insights to the leads manager and reporting manager.
