The IV Support Executive is responsible for contacting and qualifying clients who have purchased investment travel packages, with a primary focus on ensuring their participation in upcoming investment trips. The role involves assessing potential investors, addressing travel-related concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to facilitate a smooth and timely travel process. The ultimate goal is to maximize the number of clients traveling within the current business month and ensuring they are well-prepared for their investment visit.
