Job description

  • Tele call to potential or existing customers to inform them about a product and sell products using approved scripts.
  • Answer questions about products, handle objections, and complete the sales.
  • Update customer information in the CRM.
  • Ensure all the product features are explained properly and complete the sales with no after-sales complaints.
  • MIS & reports - Daily calls status, CRM updates, Sales data, etc.
  • Success ratio – Offer the right products to the customers.
  • Ensure to meet the calls target set for the day.
Requirements

Experience (Yrs & Field): Minimum 6 months in tele sales experience in outbound calling preferred.

Educational Qualification: Preferably University Degree.

Skills & Abilities

Banking knowledge on credit cards preferred.
