A leading company specializing in exhibitions and events is seeking a proactive Telecaller in Dubai. This role focuses on making outbound calls, generating leads, and maintaining strong client relationships. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, proven telecalling experience, and a customer-first attitude.
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller to join our dynamic exhibitions and events team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients, updating the database, and supporting the sales and marketing team to generate leads and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote upcoming exhibitions and events.
Follow up on inquiries, provide event details, and schedule meetings or follow-up calls as required.
Maintain and update client information in the CRM/database system accurately.
Generate qualified leads and pass them to the sales team.
Handle basic client queries and provide accurate information in a professional manner.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Assist in compiling call reports and maintaining call logs.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or similar role (experience in the events or exhibitions industry is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude, persuasive ability, and a customer-first mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with event marketing or B2B client handlin
